Leva LSS Care Grusbanan is looking for more dedicated support assistants for both daytime and nighttime on an hourly basis at our lovely residence in Heby. Six individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism (person group 1 according to LSS 9 § 9) live here.
With us, you become part of a well-functioning operation with a clear value base. We work with autonomy-supporting pedagogy, low-affective handling, and the PERMA model as a foundation – and offer internal training in these methods.

As part of our commitment to innovation, we have implemented digital tools such as Boet and AI-based scheduling to support both residents and staff in daily life.
We are looking for you who are engaged and have your heart in care work. Experience in similar work is preferred, but we place great emphasis on personality in our recruitment.
