We are looking for someone who wants to make a difference in the daily life of a fantastic teenage girl full of energy, humor, and a big heart. She is 16 years old, has a neurological condition affecting balance and coordination, and needs support in her daily life – but above all, she is looking for someone who wants to join her on adventures, laugh together, and create a safe and fun everyday life. She lives outside of Lund with her parents and brother.

We are seeking a female personal assistant who can primarily work daytime hours and be present at school and at home, but also occasionally on some weekends and during school holidays. You will be an important support in her daily life, both with practical tasks and in social activities.

She enjoys crafts, animals, rides regularly every week, and likes coming up with things to do. A driver's license is therefore a big plus, as it opens up opportunities for spontaneous outings. At the same time, she appreciates quiet evenings at home with coziness and relaxation.

We are looking for someone who is:

Attentive, cheerful, and positive

Honest and straightforward – honesty is appreciated and makes cooperation easier

Self-assured and capable of taking responsibility while being flexible

Preferably holds a driver's license and enjoys being active

Previous experience in personal assistance is nice, but having the right attitude and good chemistry is key!

Previous experience in personal assistance, working with children/young people, or similar is meritorious but not a requirement. The most important thing is that you get along, have good communication, and are open to learning.
