We are currently seeking temporary assistants for a woman in her 60s with Parkinson's disease.

About the role:

The client is in a wheelchair, has no speech, and communicates by repeating what the assistants say and through body language. She receives tube feeding and needs help with all daily activities. She enjoys shopping, walking, and watching movies.

Responsibilities:

• Assistance with personal hygiene and dressing
• Feeding and tube feeding
• Mobility assistance using a Turner lift
• Accompanying on walks and shopping trips
• Interpreting the client's body language to understand her needs
• Household chores and general cleaning

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in personal assistance or care is an advantage
• Ability to read and understand body language
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to the client's needs
• Female applicants only, non-smokers
• Driver's license is not required as the client uses specialized transport

Work Environment:

• Smoke-free workplace
• Own room for assistants in the client's apartment

Working Hours:

• Day shifts: 08:00 - 18:00
• On-call sleeping shifts: 17:00 - 10:00 (sleeping between 24:00 - 06:00)
• Mixed working hours
• This position is a temporary hourly employment as needed.

Therefore, you will need to present a certificate of good conduct from the police prior to any potential employment.
