My name is Josefin, I am 39 years old and live in my own apartment in central Kristianstad.

I am currently looking for personal assistants who can work as hourly or summer substitutes for me.

I have a mobility impairment due to cerebral palsy (CP), am blind in one eye, and communicate using sign language as I do not speak. I need help with activities of daily living (ADL), physical transfers, and structure in everyday life. The job also involves helping with household chores and other tasks I cannot manage on my own. I can walk indoors but need a wheelchair outdoors.

Otherwise, I enjoy walking around town window shopping, having a coffee, or just watching people pass by. I like clothes and jewelry, painting nails, and doing my hair. I enjoy cooking and baking. This summer, I would love to go on excursions in the surrounding area and discover new places. Sometimes I want to be active and do lots of things, but other times I need to pause and relax at home to recharge. I have 24/7 assistance with sleeping on-call. Working hours vary, but most shifts are 24-hour shifts.

You, the applicant, are a positive woman between 25 and 50 years old, who sees opportunities in the situations that arise and who enjoys being helpful. Patience and sensitivity are of great importance, and you must respect privacy and human dignity. It is important that you take your work with me very seriously, as it is with your help that I have the opportunity to live my life much like everyone else. If you also have a good sense of humor and a twinkle in your eye, it can only get better.
