Your new role

We are now looking for driven and high-performing field sales representatives for an international tech company specializing in restaurant and booking solutions in Gothenburg.

This is a role for you who wants to work close to the business, take full ownership of your sales and build long-term customer relationships – while thriving in a fast-paced environment where results truly matter.

In Gothenburg, they are now building a strong local hub, which will grow further in the long term. Here you get the opportunity to be involved early in the development, influence the culture and at the same time have the security of an established international company with operations in several European countries.

You are responsible for the entire sales process towards restaurants in your area:

  • New customer processing and prospecting
  • Meeting booking and physical customer visits
  • Relationship-building sales
  • Negotiation and business closing

You work closely with restaurant owners and decision-makers and help them develop their business through digital solutions that increase their visibility and profitability.

You get full support in the form of CRM, leads, onboarding and tools – so that you can focus on what you are best at: creating business.

Scope of the assignment: Full-time, 100%
Employment type: Permanent employment directly with the client
Work model: Hybrid
Salary: Fixed salary + commission
Start: According to agreement
End: Permanent with initial probationary period

  • Documented experience of B2B sales or field sales
  • Confident in contacting new customers and driving business from start to finish
  • Thrives in a fast pace where you control your own success
  • Natural ability to build trust and relationships
  • Motivated by earning money and achieving clear goals
  • Fluent in Swedish and have good English
  • Meritorious: Real estate industry, restaurant/hospitality, entrepreneurial background
