Kurera Omsorg is a young and modern care company with three business areas: Personal Assistance, Individual and Family, and Rusta och Matcha. Our headquarters are located in Malmö, and we also have offices for personal assistance in Västervik and Stockholm.

Position: Personal Assistant (Awake Night Shift)

• Scope: Approximately 50%
• Employment type: Permanent (as long as the assignment lasts)
• Start: August, with possible introduction and early start opportunities

We are now looking for a personal assistant for an awake night shift for a 10-year-old boy living just outside Lund, in Hjärup. The boy has a muscle weakness that affects his balance and body control, and therefore requires 24/7 assistance. He is an active, social, and happy boy who lives a life full of activities, just like other children his age.

About the position

As a personal assistant, you will play an important role in creating conditions for the boy's daily life and quality of life. During the night, you are responsible for meeting his needs, as well as ensuring his safety and well-being.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is calm, responsible, and able to act quickly when needed
• Thrives working independently and in close collaboration with the family
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Is a non-smoker (requirement)
• Is flexible and able to adapt to the boy's needs and the family's wishes

About the workplace

The workplace is located in Hjärup, and it is easy to get there by public transport, but we prefer that you have a driver's license and access to a car. The work is primarily scheduled for awake nights and includes weekend work.

You will receive a thorough introduction, and the parents are available for support and guidance. Please note that there is a dog in the home.
