About Storken

The Parent Cooperative Storken was established in 1989 and is located in the residential area Dalen in Hagfors. We have space for 17 children aged 1–6 years. We put the children at the center and have two child groups with high staff density. We have a fantastic outdoor environment in the form of a large garden, as well as proximity to forests, sledding hills, and large green areas that we enjoy using.

In a parent cooperative, a board serves as the principal employer. The board consists of guardians who are members of the cooperative. The principal, i.e., the board, has a legally regulated employer responsibility where they have ultimate responsibility for the staff and their working environment. A parent cooperative is run in a democratic form where all members participate in decision-making based on applicable laws and regulations.

• Experience with parent cooperatives is an advantage.

About the position:

You are responsible for running, following up on, and developing the pedagogical activities according to the preschool's guiding documents, together with the other educators and the principal. You will collaborate with colleagues and guardians to create a positive and inclusive environment where every child's needs and interests are taken into account.

Salary and benefits

The position is at 80% and is primarily located within the child groups, with some planning time.

Pedagogical lunch is eaten together with the children.

The position is a permanent employment, although a probationary period may apply.

Fixed monthly salary. Please state your salary expectations.
