Hello!

I am an 18-year-old guy living in the countryside. I like being outdoors, moving around, and having things to do. Horses, riding, swimming, the farm animals, chopping wood, and being active are things that make my days good.

I am now looking for personal assistants who want to work as summer substitutes and hourly substitutes, starting as soon as possible. After the summer, there is an opportunity for a smaller permanent position for the right person. Requirements: Driver's license and access to a personal car.

Who are you?

I do not speak with words, so it is important that you:

• are receptive and attentive to small signals
• are curious and want to understand me
• are confident in alternative communication
• have patience and can wait
• are independent and responsible

You need to enjoy being outdoors in all weather and preferably have an interest in animals and an active life. It is an advantage if you are physically active and like to get involved when needed.

The most important thing is that you want to get to know me – for real. When you do, you will notice that I have humor, will, and clear opinions, even if I don't say them with words.

About the role of personal assistant

As a personal assistant, you work closely with a person with a disability in their daily life. You assist and support the person both in everyday life and during leisure time. Your workplace is where the customer is located, and your tasks generally involve assisting the customer so that they have the conditions to live the life they desire.

About the employment:

The form of employment is For a fixed period as long as the assistance assignment lasts and the wage form is hourly wage. Working hours vary based on the customer's needs: day, evening, night (active and on-call), weekdays as well as weekends.

Salary and other terms of employment according to the collective agreement for Personal Assistance, Vårdföretagarna - Kommunal.
