I am a 19-year-old young man looking for personal assistants.

I am a 19-year-old young man who is currently in school and will graduate in June 2027. At the moment, I live with my mother, but I am in the process of applying for my own apartment. In connection with this, I am now looking for personal assistants under the LSS (Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments) who can provide me with the support I need in my daily life.

I need help with everything in daily life.

Structure, clarity, and fixed routines are very important to me. To feel comfortable and safe, I need assistants who are calm, stable, and have great patience.

Job Responsibilities

As my personal assistant, you will:

• Support me throughout my daily life.
• Provide clear guidance throughout the day.
• Create and maintain structure and routines.
• Be a safe and calm support in various situations.
• Accompany me and provide support during activities.

About Me

I enjoy going for walks, visiting my aunt at the stables, going to the swimming pool, and swimming. I like it when things happen, so I need someone who enjoys finding activities and can suggest things to do.

About You

I am looking for someone who:

• Is patient, calm, and reassuring.
• Is structured and clear in your approach to work.
• Is receptive, responsible, and respectful.
• Has an understanding of work under the LSS framework.

Working Hours and Employment Type

Working hours may vary and may include:

• Day, evening, and weekend work.
• On-call duty.

The positions can be offered as:

• Part-time, approx. 75%.
• Hourly employment as needed.

The schedule is planned in consultation with the assistance provider and based on my needs. We will decide together on the start date, but no later than 2026-09-01.

Other Information

The position is personal assistance under LSS.

Introduction, supervision, and support from the employer will be provided.

Most importantly, I am looking for assistants who can contribute to a safe, structured, and functional daily life in my new home of my own.

Personal suitability is crucial.
