Personal Assistant for Palliative Care Client Near Halmstad

We are looking for a warm and reliable personal assistant for a woman living in a house a few kilometers outside of Halmstad with her husband.
The woman is in a palliative stage of life, which is why we are looking for you who has a big heart, a calm demeanor, and the ability to meet both her and her relatives with care, respect, and dignity.
The work includes both day and night shifts, where the night shifts are awake nights. Nursing care is involved, and it is important that you can work calmly, attentively, and present. You need to be able to create a sense of security in daily life while showing great consideration and respect for the client's and relatives' situation and home.
Most importantly, we value that you are humble, empathetic, and secure as a person. We are looking for you who can be there with warmth and humanity in both small and large moments.
We believe that you, as an applicant:
- are calm and perceptive
- have a warm and respectful manner
- can work independently and take responsibility
- understand that the work takes place close to both the client and her relatives
- appreciate making a real difference for another human being
Experience in personal assistance or nursing is an advantage, but personal suitability is of utmost importance.
