We are currently looking for a secure, engaged, and empathetic personal assistant for a cheerful and playful 8-year-old girl living just outside Halmstad. The assistance is extensive and takes place with double staffing around the clock, including a wakeful night shift. The shifts are 07:00–19:00 and 19:00–07:00.

The girl attends school, and as her assistant, you will accompany her through daily life – both at home, at school, and during activities. She loves animals, nature, and play, and it is important that you enjoy being active and present. The focus is also on exercise, development, and creating a secure and stimulating everyday life.

She also has several medical needs, which makes it very important that you are careful, responsible, and able to follow routines and instructions. Experience in medical care, tracheostomy (trach), and tube feeding is advantageous.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is calm, secure, and responsible.
• Is sensitive and has great empathy and understanding for both the girl and the family's situation.
• Is very meticulous and can handle medications and routines safely.
• Enjoys working closely with people and collaborating with colleagues and relatives.
• Is flexible and can adapt to different situations in daily life.
• Has experience with tracheostomy and tube feeding (advantageous but not a requirement).
• Is proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written (requirement).
