Hello!

I am a 24-year-old man living with my family in Upplands Väsby, with plans to buy my own apartment. I use personal assistance for all my daily activities. I have two main occupations: I work with recruitment at Assistans i Balans, and I work with music. Therefore, it is an advantage if you are computer literate and preferably have experience with the software Logic, which I use for my music production. I write my own songs together with my best friend and book our gigs.

In my free time, I do FrameRunning (track and field with a running bike) and enjoy being outdoors in nature. I also socialize with friends and love traveling. It is therefore important that you have a driver's license so we can travel around, for example to Gotland. I value a good relationship and open communication, which is taken into account during the interview. In the future, I plan to get a dog, so it is a requirement that you are not allergic.

It is a plus if you share my interests, but most importantly, you must have a positive attitude and want to make it easy for me to live the life I want. I am looking for you who:

• Are confident in yourself
• Are good at adapting to different environments, as requirements vary between work, town, and home
• Are cheerful, positive, and have a sense of humor
• Can take initiative
• Are computer literate
• Have a valid driver's license (required)
• Are between 25–40 years old
• Are a non-smoker

It is important that you enjoy collaborating and can work in a team with my other assistants. We prefer that you are vaccinated against Covid-19. Previous experience in the profession is an advantage, but the most important thing is that we work well together. You will receive a thorough introduction from my skilled assistants and supervisor. Thorough introduction, continuous guidance, and further training are standard, as my assistants are employed by Assistans i Balans.

The Position:

The position is 75% with varied working hours, including days, evenings, and weekends on a rotating schedule, with opportunities for extra hours. To be employed, you must present a valid ID, a certificate of no criminal record (extract from the police register), and any documents proving your right to work in Sweden.
