Account Manager B2B – Telecom & Business Services at OfficeCloud

OfficeCloud is an established partner in IT and communication solutions for businesses in Sweden, with strong growth and clear ambitions for the future. We are now looking for a driven Account Manager B2B for our office in Malmö, Västra Hamnen.

About the Role

As an Account Manager B2B – Telecom & Business Services, you will play a key role in developing and nurturing corporate clients who wish to streamline and modernize their telephony, PBX solutions, and communications.

You will be responsible for the entire sales process – from initial contact to closing and follow-up – supported by established working methods, CRM systems, and experienced colleagues.

Your Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify and process new B2B corporate clients.
  • Analyze customer needs regarding telephony, PBX, and communication solutions.
  • Develop and present solutions that create clear business value.
  • Create quotes, drive deals to closure, and follow up on results.
  • Build long-term relationships and develop your own customer base.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high quality in delivery.

We believe you:

  • Have experience in sales, preferably within B2B or services.
  • Are goal-oriented and accustomed to working structured with your sales process.
  • Feel comfortable in dialogues via phone, digital meetings, and personal customer meetings.
  • Appreciate consultative sales and creating trust-based relationships.
  • Express yourself fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience within telecom, IT, or subscription-based services.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and structured sales work.
