We are now looking for an engaged Psychologist or Counselor for our lovely health center in Svedala for a fixed-term position with a chance of permanent employment.

Our facility opened in August 2024 and is in an exciting phase of development. Here you will have varied work, close colleagues, and good opportunities to influence your daily routine. The health center includes specialists in general medicine. We have clinics for asthma/COPD, diabetes, rehabilitation, occupational therapy, dietetics, and nursing. We also perform travel vaccinations.

About the position

As a Psychologist or Counselor here, you work with the assessment, counseling, and treatment of patients with mild to moderate mental health issues. You offer individual conversations, support measures, and contribute psychosocial competence to the team.

You will work closely with doctors, nurses, and other professionals at the health center, where collaboration is a natural part of everyday life. The work involves great variation and the opportunity to help develop our psychosocial work.

About you

You are a licensed psychologist or trained counselor with relevant experience for the assignment. You are confident in both person and profession, and have a patient-focused approach. You have a professional demeanor, put the patient first, and understand the importance of good service, accessibility, and quality in the meeting with each individual.

We are looking for someone who is responsible, flexible, and has a good ability to prioritize in a sometimes fast-paced work environment. You thrive in a varied role where tasks may change during the day and where you can quickly adapt to the needs of the business.

You work independently, take initiative, and yet find it easy to collaborate with others. At our workplace, teamwork is an important part of everyday life; therefore, we value that you contribute to a positive work environment and have an egalitarian attitude towards colleagues and patients.

We would appreciate if you have experience working in primary care, clinic operations, or other patient-facing healthcare.
