At Livsam, we are looking for you who want to help make everyday life both more fun and easier for two lovely 9-year-old twins

The children are now looking for safe, independent, and social personal assistants who can become part of their daily lives and accompany them between alternating residence, leisure activities, and family life. The role requires both flexibility and a positive attitude, where you contribute with security, engagement, and joy in everyday life.

Both children have cerebral palsy and use wheelchairs. One of the children also has autism and an intellectual disability.

As a personal assistant, you provide support with daily tasks such as hygiene, meals, and mobility. You are also an important resource in enabling and participating in leisure activities together with the children. This could include horse riding, swimming, playing, and outings together with their families – where your flexibility and positive energy are a key part of the experience.

You work as an assistant for one child at a time, but there are also joint activities with the other child and their assistant. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is perceptive, flexible, and has good teamwork skills. Since the children live close to each other and share much of their daily lives, you need to be open to getting to know both children's personalities, needs, and routines.

Previous experience working with children with disabilities or children in preschool or primary school age is an advantage. However, we place the greatest emphasis on your personality, your engagement, and your ability to create a sense of security.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Non-smoker
• No allergies to fur-bearing animals
• Good physical condition

• Working hours vary and may include morning, afternoon, and evening shifts as well as weekends and public holidays. Night work may also occur.
