We are currently looking for you who want to become part of our wonderful team and work as a personal assistant in Helsingborg!
What does the job as a personal assistant entail?
You will support one of our clients in Helsingborg with personal care, transfers, and activities. You work to help the client achieve the highest possible quality of life by focusing on their needs and wishes. We do not require specific healthcare education, but it is important that you have the competence that your client requires and needs. This client speaks Albanian, and we would appreciate it if you have good knowledge of the language.
Your workplace is wherever the client is, and the job is both varied and eventful. We believe that contributing every day to enable a person to live their life as they wish is the most important job in the world.

We are looking for you who are engaged, respectful, and responsive. We would appreciate it if you have great patience and the ability to be personal while acting professionally. Regardless of your age, life situation, or background, you could be the assistant we are looking for.
We would appreciate it if you:
- Have a genuine interest in helping others.
- Have good physical fitness, as you will assist the client with manual transfers.
- Can understand and communicate in Swedish and Albanian.
- Can work flexible hours – days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
- Have experience in healthcare and social care (a plus, but not a requirement).
Other information
Employment type: Hourly employment that may lead to fixed-term contract
Work hours: Part-time
Start date: Immediately
We apply individual salary setting and have collective agreements. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.
In the event of employment, you must be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden, by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EEA or a valid work permit.
