We are looking for a personal assistant for our client, a 36-year-old man living in Tågarp. We prefer that you have previous experience with autism. Surrounding our client is already a group of fantastic assistants and dedicated relatives, and we are looking for you to become part of the team.

Our client lives in his own apartment and loves mowing the lawn. He is quite strong, has a strong personality, and is determined. Therefore, it is important that you are quick, understanding, and in good physical shape. You will be involved in all parts of the client's daily life, from household chores and cooking to activities. Our client enjoys being outdoors, swimming, riding carousels, and meeting horses. He also likes going to restaurants once a week.

The Assistant's Role and Experience

We are looking for someone who wants to work with people with disabilities. You should be straightforward in your communication, positive, self-driven, active, and creative. You should be inventive yet safe and responsible. There are great opportunities for an active workday, where your drive and inventiveness can make that little extra difference in the client's daily life.

It is important that you master the Swedish language in both speech and writing, as communication is a large part of your work. It is crucial that you have experience with autism as well as experience working with people with disabilities.

There are animals in the home, so you must not have any allergies to animals to work here. Most importantly, however, is your personality and your willingness to meet the client's needs. More information will be provided during a potential interview. Training and introduction take place at the workplace.

Meritorious Experience

• Experience with autism.
• Good command of Swedish in speech and writing.
• Experience working with people with disabilities.
• Driver's license and access to a personal car are required, as there is no good public transport to the client's home.

Working Hours/Employment Degree

• Part-time 75%
• Days, evenings, and every other weekend.
• Start as soon as possible.

About Salary

• We apply salary according to the Fremia collective agreement.
