I am looking for you who are interested in working night shifts as a personal assistant. I am looking for staff for a permanent position as well as hourly substitutes when my regular assistants are absent, as well as summer substitutes.

Workplace: Primarily in my home in Hässleholm and where I am located.

Working hours: The shifts are scheduled as 24-hour shifts with waiting time (on-call) during the night. Hourly substitute shifts can be divided into smaller shifts if needed.

Tasks: I can tell you myself what help I need. Since I use a wheelchair, you as a personal assistant need to be my extended arms and legs and support with what is needed.

Scope: Permanent position at 65% and substitutes as needed.

Other: To thrive with me, you should have a sense of humor, be loyal, and prefer a somewhat calmer workplace. I live in my own ground-floor apartment in Hässleholm. It is important that you as an assistant are perceptive, can take a step back, but also take the initiative.

You must be a non-smoker and not be allergic to fur-bearing animals as I have a dog and also encounter other types of animals. A driver's license for a manual car is meritorious but not a requirement.

You who apply are welcome to have previous experience as a personal assistant, but the most important thing is personal suitability and that the chemistry is right. Before you are offered the position, you will provide an extract from the police criminal record in accordance with the cooperative's board's decision.
