About the role
As a CMMS System Administrator, your primary task is to act as a system expert and support for Ragn-Sells' maintenance system, Maintmaster. You will ensure the system's optimal functioning by answering user questions, troubleshooting issues, and adapting the system to meet business needs. The role involves close collaboration with superusers and facilities to drive system development forward.
You will support the company's facilities in their operations and system administration – together with their national maintenance coordinator. You will become an important part of the work with system management, business support, maintenance development, and digitalization.
Ragn-Sells is growing, while the equipment is becoming more complex, which means that system administration and operational safety issues are becoming increasingly important. Therefore, we need to strengthen our organization with a maintenance developer/system administrator. The position is part of Production Development, a support function to the business area Treatment & Detox.

Responsibilities
- Provide support and troubleshooting to users of the maintenance system Maintmaster.
- Adapt the system to the business's requirements and needs.
- Train users in the system's functionality.
- Handle incoming questions from superusers and translate needs into system solutions.
- Contribute to maintenance development in collaboration with the facilities.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Good knowledge of maintenance systems, preferably Maintmaster or similar CMMS.
- Background in production or maintenance.
- Advanced computer skills.
- A technical education, preferably at university or college level.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Valid driver's license (Category B).
It is an advantage if you have
- Experience in project management and change management.
