We are looking for an IT Technician for a major PKI initiative within a government agency.

Job Description

In the role of IT Technician (PKI), you will work in the daily delivery of the PKI team and contribute to the modernization of services that strengthen the security of the agency and other agencies. The work includes, among other things, automation, updates, certificate renewal, and support for users of PKI services.

Together with your agile team and architects, you will develop solutions based on established requirements. You will be involved in breaking down features into the stories and tasks needed to deliver secure and robust services.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily PKI delivery by managing, renewing, troubleshooting, and quality-assuring certificates.
• Document existing and new PKI solutions, including routines and operational instructions.
• Contribute to automation, updates, and improvements that strengthen stability, traceability, and security in PKI services.
• Participate in requirement breakdown and technical solution development together with the team and architects.

Required Qualifications

• At least 4 years of current work experience with PKI and requirements specification within PKI.
• Current experience within PKI to work independently and provide guidance on technical matters in the field.
• Certification in PKI and security, or several years of work experience in the field considered equivalent for the role.
• Good ability to express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish and English, as well as produce processes, routines, and technical documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified in Hardware Security Module (HSM).
• Current and relevant experience of having been involved in building a PKI environment/infrastructure within a larger company or organization.
• At least 2 years of current and relevant experience with Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
• At least 5 years of current and relevant work experience with government agencies or public operations.
