About the role

On behalf of our client, Selectus Bemanning is looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Test Engineer for an exciting assignment within vehicle development and system integration.

The role is split into two parts: you will work approximately 50% as a Scrum Master and 50% as a Test Engineer within Complete Vehicle Integration Testing. You will be responsible for the verification and validation of electrical systems while supporting an agile team through coaching, planning, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Scrum Master

• Lead and support the team using agile methods and frameworks such as SAFe.
• Coach team members in their daily work and help remove impediments.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure effective collaboration within the team.
• Contribute to the continuous development of the team's working methods and delivery capability.

Testing and Verification

• Perform vehicle integration tests and verification of complete electrical systems.
• Conduct integration tests for both new and existing functionality.
• Participate in the entire testing process:
  • Test planning
  • Test management
  • Test execution
  • Troubleshooting and fault analysis
• Work with SIL (Software-in-the-Loop) and HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) testing to ensure quality and functionality.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of test methods and test environments.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering, Embedded Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent technical education.
• Experience with agile working methods.
• Experience in verification and/or validation.
• Experience in testing and fault analysis.
• Knowledge of Python.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
• Scrum Master certification.
• Experience with SIL/HIL testing.
• Experience with complete vehicle integration testing.
• Experience with electrical systems from an integration perspective.
• Valid driver's license (Category C or CE).
