Sportmarket was founded in 1988 in Hudiksvall by Göran Nilsson, Örjan Olsson, and Håkan Barret. Kombi was one of the first brands that Sportmarket began distributing, a practice that continues today. Since then, many strong brands have been added, such as Fischer, Start, TOPO, Outdoor Research, Kamik, X-Bionics, and X-Socks. What started as a three-person company has grown and now employs approximately 30 people. The headquarters are located in Stockholm, with a logistics center/warehouse in Hudiksvall. Additionally, there is a sales office in Gothenburg.

Since 1988, Sportmarket has distributed market-leading products and brands within Sport & Outdoor. We are now looking for a new team member for our Operations team. About the Role

In this role, you will be primarily responsible for Sportmarket's PIM system (Product Information Management), and a large part of the position involves digital system management. The role requires high administrative ability combined with an understanding of and willingness to always put the customer first.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

PIM / System Responsibility

• Primary responsibility for the PIM system and its data quality.
• Keep product images and product texts updated and accurate.
• Ensure correct article data in the business system (Garp).

Purchasing / Supplier Orders

• Register supplier orders in Garp.
• Handle order confirmations and follow up on delivery status against placed orders.
• Support product managers with purchasing-related administration and article setup.

Product Data to Channels

• Provide retailers with the correct images and texts.
• Keep digital marketing material updated internally, in the B2B channel, and in retailers' channels.

Digitalization Projects

• Contribute to joint projects for the development of digital sales tools and a platform for product information.
• Work together with the Operations team to develop digital processes and routines regarding order and data flow.

You will primarily work in Garp, PIM, and Excel. Other systems we work with include Btwentyfour, EDI, Gung, and QlikView.

Your Profile: As always at Sportmarket, we place great importance on your personal qualities. In this role, it is particularly important that you are someone who likes to create order and structure, does not leave anything to chance, and enjoys working with system administration. You have a couple of years of experience from a similar role within logistics/purchasing or sales/marketing, and experience from sports retail and/or e-commerce is an advantage. You find digital development exciting and are driven by developing processes and workflows, as well as managing many internal and external contacts in parallel.
