• You coordinate and support the team's deliveries and follow up on workflows to maintain focus on priorities and common direction.
• You act as the contact person for selected deliveries and collaboration partners, including experts from the business and other authorities.
• You identify obstacles and deviations early and escalate them to product owners to create progress.
• You facilitate ways of working and collaboration so that the team can work smoothly and efficiently.
• You drive the dialogue between users and the development team and help translate needs into technical implementation.
• You contribute to roadmap work and strategic planning together with product owners and the team.
• You book, prepare, and lead meetings related to planning, coordination, and external collaborations.
• You manage permissions for collaboration spaces and support needs related to pilots and test environments.
• You ensure that development needs and relevant information reach the right recipient in a timely manner.
• You drive improvements, participate in change work, and assist in technical production release together with other technology groups.

• Degree in IT, or other relevant education in the field.
• At least 5 years of documented experience as a project manager, assignment manager, or similar role with responsibility for the execution and delivery of large and complex IT assignments involving multiple integrations. The experience must have been acquired within the last 7 years.
• Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish.
• At least 2 years of documented experience working in agile development environments according to Scrum, Kanban, or similar methodology.
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance check (requires Swedish citizenship; dual citizenship is not permitted).

• Experience working in security-classified operations.
• Experience working within the public sector.
• Experience planning, prioritizing, and coordinating several parallel tasks or assignments simultaneously.
