You will step into a strategic initiative at an established player in airport operations, where several external websites are to be developed with a focus on digital customer experience. The assignment spans from business case and feasibility study to implementation, launch, and handover to operations. You hold together the entirety for both the corporate website and several websites linked to airport operations, with responsibility for ensuring that business goals, user needs, and technical prerequisites align in the same direction.

You have an overarching and coordinating role where you work closely with operations, IT, development teams, and external suppliers. The focus is on steering, prioritization, risk management, and decision support rather than operational development. This is a role for you who likes complex digital initiatives where you get to influence both choices of direction, delivery, and long-term management.

• You lead the planning, steering, and follow-up of the feasibility study and subsequent projects.
• You develop and secure anchoring for the business case, feasibility study documentation, requirement specifications, and risk analyses.
• You are responsible for reporting and decision support to the steering group and management.
• You drive the work through the business case phase and further in project form according to XLPM or a corresponding model.
• You coordinate operations, IT, development teams, and external suppliers so that dependencies, priorities, and deliveries fit together.
• You facilitate requirement prioritization and create anchoring around decisions, target image, and scope.
• You contribute to purchasing and procurement work as well as dialogue with suppliers.
• You ensure testing, commissioning, launch, and a sustainable transition to operations.
• You hold together the delivery on Optimizely CMS 13 with a focus on long-term business benefit, technology, and manageability.

• You have at least 8 years of documented experience in project management of complex IT or digitalization projects.
• You have been responsible for coordination between operations, IT, and external suppliers in at least 2 implemented projects.
• You have experience in project management according to XLPM or a corresponding model.
• You have experience working with business cases and decision processes in larger organizations.
• You have experience with modern web platforms, digital customer experience, conversion flows, digital accessibility (WCAG), UX, and information architecture.
• You have experience with testing, commissioning, and transition to operations.
• You have worked closely with the marketing or communications department.
• You are confident in prioritizing, making decisions, handling stakeholders, and driving issues forward in a complex environment.
• You can create anchoring, set requirements, follow up, and ensure delivery in collaboration with both operations and suppliers.
• Possibility to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not permitted).

• Knowledge of purchasing and procurement, especially within LOU/LUF.
• Certification in project management or agile frameworks.
• Experience from similar web or digital platform projects within CMS, web development, and launch.
