The main focus is on C++, and AI is actively used as a support to streamline the development process and enhance code quality. You also work with automated test cases in Java to ensure the system's functionality. • You lead and support the team in daily work and contribute to building a well-functioning development team for software projects.
• You develop code in C++ for performance-critical embedded systems.
• You create automated test cases in Java to verify functionality and reliability.
• You work with systematization and documentation of design and implementation.
• You optimize and improve code with a focus on robustness, efficiency, and long lifespan.
• You troubleshoot and analyze advanced technical problems and drive forward sustainable solutions.
• You actively participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvements in code quality and working methods.
• You collaborate closely with other developers in an agile team and are involved in both the planning and execution of technically advanced solutions.

• At least ten years of experience in C++ development.
• Some years of experience in Java development.
• Experience working as a Team Lead for software projects and building teams.
• Degree in computer science, technical physics, electronics, or equivalent.
• Experience with hardware-near programming and embedded systems.
• Very good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship; dual citizenship is not accepted).

• Knowledge in signal processing or radar systems.
