We are now looking for a personal assistant for a cheerful and social young woman in Vellinge. She is active and enjoys music, horse riding, dancing, swimming, and play.

Due to her disabilities, she requires assistance around the clock, including overnight standby duty. As an assistant, you will become an important part of her daily life and support her in living a safe, active, and fulfilling life.

The role involves accompanying her to both daily activities and various leisure pursuits, helping to plan and structure the day, and providing support in all practical aspects of everyday life. She communicates using signs and sounds, which means you need to be attentive and interested in learning her way of expressing herself.

To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone who is confident, independent, and social. You need to be creative and playful, and you should not be afraid to perform on stage, as this may occur during her activities.

Sydassistans follows the collective agreement for personal assistants negotiated by Fremia.

Since its inception in 1994, Sydassistans AB has provided personal assistance to people with disabilities in southern Sweden. One of our duties as an assistance provider is to act as the employer for our clients' personal assistants. Guided by the keywords Security, Respect, and Quality of Life, we work to ensure that our clients, despite their disabilities, can live as normal a life as possible.
