We are now looking for a Customer Service Representative for the period 2026-05-01 to 2026-08-07 on a full-time basis. Onboarding takes place during the first weeks of the assignment. There is an opportunity for extension after the summer.

About the role

In the role of Customer Service Representative with our client, you will work operationally with customers, external suppliers, third-party warehouses, and internal functions in production and planning.

Job Description

The position involves, among other things:

Receiving incoming orders and providing support with a high professional standard.
Planning that orders, deliveries, and invoicing are carried out according to priority in collaboration with the team and department leaders.
Supporting customers' incoming inquiries regarding orders, invoicing, warehouse management, claims, and transport.
Collaborating to ensure warehouse-related processes meet the customer's quality requirements.

You will become part of a team working as Customer Service and Logistics Experts, reporting to the Customer Service Manager. In the role of Customer Service and Logistics Expert, you will have daily contact both externally with B2B customers, carriers, and external warehouses, as well as internally with operational planning and several other parts of production.

Working hours: 07:30 – 16:00, Monday – Friday

We are looking for you who

Have a high school diploma, preferably within economics or administration.
Have knowledge of the Office package and computer software (mandatory).
Have a driver's license and access to a car (this facilitates commuting to the workplace).
