We are now looking for a personal assistant for a lovely (soon) 10-year-old boy in Vellinge – and yes, this is a job where things happen!

He lives life with full speed, humor, and great curiosity. He has a muscle disease and uses a wheelchair, which means he needs support in his daily life – but otherwise, he is just like any other 10-year-old: playful, smart, and full of ideas.

It is rarely boring here – there is always a buzz at home with mom, dad, and little brother, and the days are filled with both activities and cozy moments.

He likes this:

• Training at Team Griffin
• Hanging out with friends
• Chilling on the sofa with a really good movie

Your role as a sidekick in everyday life:

You will become an important person in his life – someone who makes it possible for him to live his life to the fullest.

You will help with:

• Personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and toilet visits
• Tube feeding and breathing mask
• Mobility/transfers (here you need good physical strength)
• Training and stretching several times a week
• Joining activities, excursions, and spontaneous adventures

About the position:

The position is valid from autumn 2026, starting in August/September, and covers somewhere between 25 - 50% (i.e., between approx. 10-20 hours on average/week). Working hours are primarily scheduled on school days around 14:00–19:00 and on weekends and holidays around 09:00–19:00. To thrive in the role, it is important that you are flexible and can adapt to daily life and activities that sometimes change.
