Do you have a pedagogical approach and want to make a real difference in people's daily lives? We are now looking for dedicated trainers and mentors who want to help more people feel confident using digital services and payments.

Many people today experience digital exclusion as society becomes increasingly digitized. As a trainer with us, you will play a vital role in strengthening digital competence, primarily among seniors, new Swedes, and people with disabilities.

• You will conduct training sessions and support visits throughout Skåne, often at libraries, community centers, and other meeting places where our target groups gather.

• Training is conducted in various formats:

• small group sessions

• individual support sessions/drop-ins

• practical guidance in everyday digital services

• The work is ongoing throughout the year, and the scope varies depending on booked training slots and needs.

• You will guide participants through common digital tasks in a calm, clear, and pedagogical manner.

• Training topics include but are not limited to:

• Introduction to mobile phones and tablets

• Basic settings

• Apps

• Android and iPhone

• Digital payment services

• BankID

• Swish

• Secure payments

• Everyday online services

• Booking travel

• Using parking apps

• Online shopping

• Digital security

• Passwords

• Scams and fraud

• Protection against hacking

• Individual mentoring and support

• Helping participants with concrete problems in daily life

• Training materials

• Guides

• Short instructional videos

• Some documentation and reporting is included in the assignment.

• has strong pedagogical skills and patience

• can explain technology in a simple and reassuring way

• has good knowledge of both Android and iPhone

• enjoys meeting people with varying levels of digital experience

• is self-motivated and confident in planning and delivering training

• is flexible and able to travel to different locations within Skåne

The following qualifications are considered extra merits:

• Experience in adult education, mentoring, or training

• Experience working with seniors or people with low digital literacy

• Knowledge of digital accessibility

• Experience with assistive tools such as VoiceOver or similar support tools

• Experience creating pedagogical training materials or instructional videos

• Multilingual skills

• A valid driver's license (Category B) and access to a car is a plus.
