TP Förskolor AB currently operates 33 preschools across 9 municipalities. As a private company, we provide developmental preschool activities encompassing care, play, and learning in a creative environment for children aged 1–5, staffed by well-educated and socially competent pedagogues.
We are now looking for several resource staff members for a preschool in Näsbypark. We are seeking someone with experience supporting children facing various challenges, as well as the ability to understand and meet children's needs. The ideal candidate possesses strong pedagogical knowledge and is well-versed in the preschool curriculum and other governing documents.
You have a conscious approach towards children, guardians, and colleagues. You will be part of a work team where you and your colleagues collaborate to create an inclusive environment for all children.
In this role, you will collaborate with colleagues at the preschool, guardians, and external resources. Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written, is a requirement.
You are a co-researching and present pedagog who is attuned to the children's interests, abilities, and needs.
Experience working with TAKK (Total Communication Approach) and visual supports is preferred. A preschool teacher education is an advantage.
More specific information about the positions will be provided by the principal.
This is a fixed-term position of 30–40 hours per week.

Your qualifications

- Preschool teacher education (advantageous).

- A clear understanding of our mission (good knowledge of Lpfö 18 is advantageous).
- The ability to translate theory into practice.
- Good collaboration skills.
- Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing.
- The ability to use digital tools in daily work.
