We are now looking for a receptionist who wants to become an important part of our team on a fixed-term basis.

About the job: As a receptionist, you are the face of the clinic and often the first and last contact for our animals and their owners. You work in a dynamic environment where no two days are alike.

Your main responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and patients in the reception and shop
• Handle phone calls, scheduling, and email
• Work with retail sales and our customer club members
• Support and collaborate with colleagues in the daily work at the clinic
• Ensure a professional and well-functioning customer flow

Here you will play a central role in creating security and trust throughout the entire customer journey.

Scope: The position is a fixed-term contract at 20%, starting as agreed until December 31, 2026, with a full-time workload (100%) during the period July 1, 2026 – July 31, 2026.
