About the Role

This position is a direct hire, meaning the recruitment process takes place through Bravura and you are employed directly by our client.

About the Company

You will join an international SaaS company with B2B customers and partners across Europe. The organization operates through an established partner network, and this role is a key part of ensuring a steady flow of opportunities into the sales organization. You will become part of a Nordic/European partner team with a local presence in Gothenburg, collaborating closely with colleagues in sales, product, and marketing.

Responsibilities

As a Partner Manager, you are responsible for the growth and performance of assigned partners, both existing and new collaborations that are already underway. Your focus is on driving revenue through joint planning, pipeline development, and consistent follow-up.

You work both strategically and operationally by building relationships at multiple levels within the partner organization, supporting deals together with the sales team, and ensuring the partnership evolves over time. The role also involves tracking results, analyzing data, and driving improvement initiatives together with internal functions.

Examples of responsibilities:

  • Own and develop relationships with assigned partners, including senior decision-makers.
  • Drive joint business and growth planning (GTM, quarterly plans, QBRs).
  • Build, track, and forecast pipelines and KPIs.
  • Support sales in customer deals through positioning, coordination, and follow-up.
  • Plan and execute enablement, marketing, and partner activities together with internal teams.

Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities

  • 3+ years of experience in sales or a similar commercial role.
  • Experience in B2B and relationship-based business development.
  • Preference for candidates with a background in SaaS, tech, or business systems.
  • Excellent proficiency in Swedish and English.
