We are now looking for a Team Leader in F&B operations in Björkliden and at Låktatjåkko – a key person who thrives in an operational role close to the guest, but who is also confident in taking responsibility when needed.

About the position
The position is a permanent full-time position (100%) starting September 1, 2026, including a 6-month probation period.
You work year-round but with different focus areas during the seasons:
- Winter and Summer Seasons: Team Leader at Låktatjåkko
- Spring Shoulder Season (Northern Lights Season): Based in Björkliden as a breakfast host and operational support at Rakkaskåtan and during weddings.
You will become an important part of the daily operations and are expected to take over responsibility when needed.
Your responsibilities
- Operational work in daily operations (breakfast, service, events, mountain activities)
- Participate in the planning and execution of weddings and events
- Support the development of Rakkaskåtan as a concept
- Ensure quality in the guest experience
- Coordinate and support F&B staff
- Take over operational responsibility in the absence of managers when needed
About the role
This is an operational role with elements of leadership.
You work close to the operations but are also expected to be able to:
- Take initiative
- Make decisions in daily work
- Lead the work when required
Who we are looking for
We are looking for you who are confident in the service profession and enjoy taking responsibility.
You:
- Are self-reliant and proactive
- Have experience from restaurants, hotels, or similar operations
- Have a very good sense of service and guest interaction
- Have preferably held a team-leading role previously
- Enjoy irregular working hours
- Live in or are willing to move to Björkliden
Requirements
- Category B driver’s license (manual transmission)
- Swedish language skills (spoken and written)
Merits
- Education in restaurant, gastronomy, or similar
- Experience with cash handling and booking systems
- Knowledge of food handling (HACCP)
- Experience in cooking, preferably over open fire
- Snowmobile license (or willingness to obtain one before winter)
