Responsibilities:

• Contact existing customers via phone to follow up on ongoing cases and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
• Provide service, guidance, and answer questions regarding the customer's needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues in the team to develop processes and enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written.
• Experience in follow-up and relationship-building customer contact is a plus.
