RESPONSIBILITIES

Municipal rehabilitation is conducted in the patient's home environment, both in ordinary housing and in special housing. Our mission is to create conditions for a functioning daily life, which we do through close collaboration in cross-professional teams.

As a physiotherapist with us, you work with the assessment, training, and follow-up of functions such as mobility, strength, and balance. A central part of the work is to strengthen the individual's ability to move and be active in their immediate environment. Our patients are of different ages, although the majority are elderly.

The tasks are varied and independent. A large part of the work is done through others, which means supervision, instruction, and support for patients, relatives, and care staff. Therefore, we value that you are pedagogical, have good communication skills, and can inspire and motivate others in the rehabilitation process.

We offer a structured introduction adapted to your experience and prerequisites. During the first period, you will also receive support from an appointed mentor in the operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed physiotherapist. Experience from municipal home care is meritorious, but the most important thing for us is that you are curious about the assignment and want to take on the challenges and opportunities that municipal rehabilitation offers.

You are flexible, have an easy time meeting people with different needs and life situations, and treat both patients and colleagues with humility and respect. Collaboration with different professions is a natural part of your way of working, and you adapt to the needs of the team and the patient.

You see working with training in the patient's daily life as a natural part of rehabilitation. You have a genuine interest in developing within all parts of rehabilitation and want to continue learning both through experience sharing with colleagues and through education, big and small. If you also have an interest in operational development with the patient's perspective in focus, we believe you will thrive very well with us.

A B-category driver's license is a requirement. We place great emphasis on personal suitability and personal qualities. Selection and interviews take place continuously, so please submit your application as soon as possible.
