As an early childhood educator at Pysslingen Preschools, you help realize our mission: "A safe and stimulating world full of opportunities" for children, guardians, and employees alike.

Preschool Söderkulla is located in the scenic town of Vaxholm, close to forests and the sea. We have five departments divided into age groups 1-3 years, 3-4 years, and a dedicated 5-year-old group.

With a focus on language and outdoor pedagogy, we create the best conditions for joyful learning and good health.

We are looking for you who, together with us, want to continue making our preschool even better! At our preschool, we have high ambitions for our children's learning and development, and our work is characterized by high engagement. Through joint collegial reflections, we meet each other's thoughts and grow in our profession.

For us, it is important that you, who want to work as an early childhood educator at Pysslingen Preschools, feel curiosity about your assignment. A day at the preschool is filled with meaningful meetings between children and educators, and every meeting is part of the child's safety, development, and learning. We therefore want to take advantage of this to make the preschool safe, educational, and joyful for everyone.

As an early childhood educator with us, we want you to see how different children learn in different ways, and have the ability to get children to learn in all daily situations, as well as challenge them through play and fantasy where they are. You should have an engagement in your assignment and the ability to build relationships with both children and guardians.

We are now looking for two engaged early childhood educators on fixed-term contracts

• Have completed an early childhood educator education (upper secondary or adult education)
• Can work with digital tools
• Are confident in the preschool's steering documents
• Have good knowledge of the Swedish language and express yourself well in speech and writing

Employment type
The position is a fixed-term employment from August to December 2026. Full-time (100%). Start date August 10. The position is located in Vaxholm.
