We are now looking for a District Nurse for a shared position between our Child Health Center (BVC) and the primary care clinic at Praktikertjänst Vårdcentral Stationstorget.

Praktikertjänst Vårdcentral Stationstorget opened on September 1, 2024, in newly built and modern premises, strategically located next to Burlöv station.

Our team currently consists of two district physicians, one resident physician (ST-läkare), two nurses, two nursing assistants, a dietitian, a physiotherapist, an occupational therapist, and a psychologist. As both the primary care clinic and the Child Health Center continue to grow, we are now looking for another colleague who wants to join us on our continued journey.

Job Responsibilities

The position offers varied work with tasks both at the Child Health Center and at the primary care clinic. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, triage, telephone advice, work via the 1177 healthcare portal, and handling patient contacts through our digital tools.

Qualifications

You are a District Nurse with experience from primary care. Experience with the medical record system PMO and comfort with digital working methods are considered advantages.

You are structured, team-oriented, and provide professional treatment to patients, relatives, and colleagues. You actively contribute to a good work climate and have a genuine interest in quality and improvement work.

You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

Working hours are negotiable.
