About Kurera Omsorg
Kurera Omsorg is a young and modern care company with three business areas: Personal Assistance, Individual and Family, and Rusta och Matcha. Our head office is located in Malmö, and we also have offices for personal assistance in Västervik and Stockholm.
Working in three different branches gives us great synergies. All our employees work with social work, but from different angles and with different backgrounds. It is this mix that makes us stronger and more innovative.
For us, our employees are everything. Without engaged, creative, and heartfelt colleagues, we are nothing. Therefore, we take every recruitment seriously and want to be there for our staff throughout their employment – with honest conversations, presence, and a genuine interest in everyone thriving and developing. When our employees feel good, our customers feel good too.
Kurera Omsorg can also offer social solutions that many other care companies find harder to implement. For example, we work with foster care placements involving personal assistance, and we create internship and job opportunities for placed youths and young adults. We have both specialized competence and a unique care fabric for children, youths, and adults.
We always strive to work with engagement, responsibility, innovation, and joy. We want to make a real difference.
We offer collective agreements, wellness programs, and present managers. As an assistant, you work closely with your manager and have regular meetings with your work group.

Assistance has recently been approved for 24/7 coverage, and we are now establishing a new team to provide the child and family with secure and professional support. The work is performed in the family's home, where the boy's parents and a dog live together.
Spanish, French, English, and some Swedish are spoken in the home. Good knowledge of English is required, and knowledge of Spanish is an advantage.
We are primarily looking for you who can work mornings as well as days/evenings. There will also be opportunities to work awake nights.
Qualifications:
- Experience working as a personal assistant, preferably with children.
- Experience with phlegm management (suction) and tube feeding.

- Experience with physiotherapy is an advantage.
As a person, you are sensitive, flexible, and able to adapt to the needs of the situation, able to take initiative while also giving space when required.
