About the role
As a Customer Advisor, you will be a key member of the team, specializing in serving corporate clients. You will handle incoming calls and assist customers over the phone. This is a role where you will have the opportunity to deepen your knowledge and contribute to a significant system change for banks.
This is a temporary assignment from August 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026.

Responsibilities
In the role of Customer Advisor, you will handle a variety of customer cases for our corporate clients via phone. You will be involved in the ongoing implementation of a new transaction system and responsible for simpler administrative tasks.
Examples of responsibilities include:
- Answering incoming calls from corporate clients.
- Processing simpler orders and setting up basic packages for small businesses.
- Performing simpler administrative tasks.
We are looking for someone who
- Has good phone etiquette and is accustomed to customer contact.
- Has good communication skills and the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Is bold and proactive, with a willingness to learn and ask questions.
- Is digitally curious and open to new technical solutions, including AI.
- Has the ability to understand technical workflows.
It is an advantage if you have
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Experience working with corporate clients.
- An interest in technology.
- Experience with accounting systems such as Fortnox or Visma.
