Job Responsibilities

You will handle the operation and management of network environments and contribute to the further development of solutions within data centers. As a Network Technician, you work broadly in the delivery and are responsible for networks ranging from user access networks (LAN/WiFi), via distribution solutions (WAN/LAN), to networks in data center environments.

In addition to regular operations, the role involves handling tickets related to networks and communications at a more advanced level. You will also participate in lifecycle management work and contribute to business projects with technical and organizational complexity.

You will be part of a team where collaboration is central, while the role requires you to independently drive issues in dialogue with both external parties and colleagues in different parts of the organization.

You will become part of a larger group with varying competence profiles, where both specialist and generalist roles are represented. As an individual, you have good opportunities to develop and influence how the work is carried out in daily delivery. You are

• Quick to get up to speed in new technical environments and work methodically with troubleshooting, regardless of the size or complexity of the environments.
• Confident and professional in collaboration with both your own group and other parts of the business.
• Comfortable with change and driven by continuously developing and improving working methods and technical solutions.
• Collaborative, structured in your work, and have a respectful and attentive attitude towards others.

You have

• Experience working with the operation and monitoring of network environments.
• Knowledge of WAN, LAN, and routing.
• Experience with network equipment from, for example, Fortinet, Cisco, Juniper, or Check Point.
• Understanding of network security.
• Basic experience with scripting or simpler programming, for example in Python or Perl.
• Good ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).

Meritorious Qualifications

• Experience with network automation, such as Ansible, CI/CD flows, or Infrastructure as Code.
• Knowledge of EVPN/VXLAN.
• Experience with orchestration tools such as Cisco NDFC.
• Work with Software Defined Networking (SDN).
