About the Role

As a children's and youth instructor, you lead movement classes for children of various ages on weekends. You set the tone in the group – with joy, engagement, and security. The classes are held in a course format for approximately 14 weeks per term (autumn/spring), including trial sessions and a final show. You typically lead 1–3 classes per weekend, depending on the club's needs.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has energy, empathy, and a big heart for children
• Can lead a group with warmth, imagination, and playfulness
• Understands that joy in movement is more important than perfect technique
• Has experience working with children (though this is not a requirement)
• Is responsible, communicative, and confident in yourself
