About the Role
Our client is a public housing company with approximately 30,000 tenants in Gävle. By continuously renovating their properties, building new apartments, creating green outdoor environments, and actively working with collaborations and social initiatives, they take the trust their tenants place in them seriously. As a public housing company with significant influence on society, our client plays a central role in developing and managing several areas of the city. For over a hundred years, they have provided homes for thousands of families in Gävle and the surrounding area. The position starts immediately, so we welcome applications from those who can start as early as May. The assignment is estimated at 50% and extends until the turn of the year, with the possibility of extension. There is an opportunity for remote work and on-site work, with the arrangement discussed with your direct manager.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will administer and handle access to apartments for smaller projects, such as OVK inspections and balancing. Approximately 4,000 apartments are affected annually. Access is managed through the dispatch of letters, SMS messages, and phone calls. In your role, you will work primarily with accessibility, service, and communication.
We are looking for you who
- Are studying or have another main occupation of at least 50% for the entire year.
- Have previous experience in customer service.
- Speak and write fluently in both Swedish and English.
- Have good computer and system skills.
- Hold a valid driver's license (Category B).
Previous experience in the housing industry is considered a strong merit.
Since you will have frequent contact with tenants via phone and email, we want you to be skilled in communicating, listening, and showing empathy regardless of the medium. As a person, you radiate joy, simplicity, and engagement in customer interactions. To succeed in the role, you are open, positive, and enjoy working in a team. You thrive working with responsibility and can independently identify tasks that need to be performed.
