About the Role

Your Responsibilities

As a Senior Network Technician, you will work with complex tasks, either in-house or at the customer's site. Your work will mainly consist of:

• Operate, support, change, and develop the customer's data network
• Handle network installations from start to finish
• Configure switches and routers
• Build long-term good relationships with stakeholders and customers
• Design solutions and handle larger technical implementations
• Documentation and reporting
• Monitoring of networks and equipment

Your Profile and Qualifications

To succeed in the role of Senior Network Technician, you should have:

• Degree in IT/Networking
• At least 3–5 years of work experience as a network technician
• Experience with complex network environments
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Work experience with wireless infrastructure
• Experience with complex Cisco environments

Desirable skills:

• IT security in complex network environments
• CCNA/CCNP certification
