We are looking for individuals who wish to work as personal assistants in Osby!

Working as a personal assistant means being someone else's arms and legs. You will perform tasks that the person cannot do themselves in their daily life. The work takes place in the client's home, and duties may include personal care, medication management, daily chores, household tasks, shopping, cooking, and engaging in activities. Working as a personal assistant is generally a one-on-one role, although double staffing may occur in some cases.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, flexible, and motivated to go the extra mile to improve our clients' daily lives. The most important factor is the personal chemistry between you and the client, which may be decisive in the final selection process.

Scope: Part-time, including scheduled shifts and as an on-call substitute when needed.

Start date: According to agreement. Selection and interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and positions will be filled as soon as possible.

Salary: We offer individual salary setting. Other benefits are in accordance with the collective agreement.
