About the role
Our client, Enerco Group, is a comprehensive partner within technical and maintenance services for the Swedish industry. With expertise ranging from mechanical maintenance to technical solutions, they help their customers secure efficient production throughout the country. Enerco is characterized by a flat organization and a culture without hierarchy, where collaboration is central and decision-making paths are short. They have approximately 950 employees distributed across 13 companies. They handle payroll for over 1,000 employees in a complex environment with several collective agreements.
They now want to welcome you as a payroll administrator at their headquarters in Hofors. In your role, you ensure that the payroll process is handled correctly for the group's companies and act as a key link between employees, HR, and finance. The assignment is temporary and is expected to run from May through the end of August.
Responsibilities
As a payroll administrator at Enerco, you play a vital role in ensuring that the group's employees receive the correct pay on time. The work is varied and includes both digital processes and manual handling.
In this role, you will work with:
- Managing the entire payroll process, from collecting time records and calculating allowances to paying out final salaries.
- Handling ongoing administration such as reporting union fees, pensions, expenses, and accounting documentation.
- Serving as support and answering questions regarding payroll, time reporting, and system management via both phone and email.
- Working closely with HR and finance to ensure that laws and guidelines for current collective agreements are followed.
We are looking for you who
- Have post-secondary education in economics, HR, or similar, preferably with a focus on payroll management.
- Have experience with payroll administration and basic knowledge of laws and collective agreements.
- Have good system proficiency and feel confident using Excel and the Office suite.
- Are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
It is meritorious if you have
- Experience with the payroll system SD Worx.
