As a Customer Service Representative, you will work with first-line support and handle incoming inquiries via phone and email. You will register, administer, and follow up on cases in our systems, ensuring that every case is progressed and resolved.

The role involves a continuous flow of cases where structure, prioritization, and the ability to drive cases to closure are crucial.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Register and administer cases in our systems.
• Troubleshoot and guide customers through our services.
• Prioritize and follow up on cases until they are resolved.
• Work in a structured manner with a high case volume.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a role where service, structure, and pace are important parts of everyday life.

You are accustomed to handling many cases in parallel and are motivated by seeing cases resolved and closed.

We believe that you:

• Have experience in customer service or support.
• Work in a structured and meticulous manner.
• Have good skills in prioritization and follow-up.
• Are confident in customer interactions.
• Are comfortable using various systems.
• Communicate fluently in Swedish.
