As a B2B Appointment Setter / Business Development Representative (BDR) at Cloudgruppen in Gothenburg, you will have the opportunity to work consultatively with telecom and business services. About the roleAs a BDR, you are responsible for prospecting and booking qualified meetings between potential corporate customers and our sales team. You get all the tools, training, and support you need to succeed – and a clear career path within Cloudgruppen.
Your main responsibilities:
Prospecting and booking meetings with new and existing corporate customers (B2B)
Conducting needs analyses to match the right solutions
Collaborating with the sales team to create business opportunities
Following up on leads and ensuring high quality in customer contacts
Do you have 6–12 months of experience and drive? Apply anyway – we value personality, ambition, and potential highly.
We are looking for someone who:
Enjoys contacting corporate customers via phone
Is goal- and results-oriented
Likes consultative sales and relationship building
Speaks and writes fluent Swedish
Advantageous:
Experience within telecom, IT, or subscription-based services
Familiarity with CRM and structured sales work
Fixed monthly salary + attractive commission model with no cap
Clear onboarding and training in products, processes, and sales methodology
Ongoing coaching and support from experienced managers and colleagues
Opportunity to develop into an Account Manager or another role within Cloudgruppen
Sales events, competitions, kickoffs, and social activities
Modern premises and professional working environment in Gothenburg
