As a B2B Appointment Setter / Business Development Representative (BDR) at Cloudgruppen in Gothenburg, you will have the opportunity to work consultatively with telecom and business services. About the role

As a BDR, you are responsible for prospecting and booking qualified meetings between potential corporate customers and our sales team. You get all the tools, training, and support you need to succeed – and a clear career path within Cloudgruppen.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and booking meetings with new and existing corporate customers (B2B)

  • Conducting needs analyses to match the right solutions

  • Collaborating with the sales team to create business opportunities

  • Following up on leads and ensuring high quality in customer contacts

Who we are looking for

Do you have 6–12 months of experience and drive? Apply anyway – we value personality, ambition, and potential highly.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Enjoys contacting corporate customers via phone

  • Is goal- and results-oriented

  • Likes consultative sales and relationship building

  • Speaks and writes fluent Swedish

Advantageous:

  • Experience within telecom, IT, or subscription-based services

  • Familiarity with CRM and structured sales work
