What does the job involve?
In disability support services, you work with people who have psychiatric, physical, and intellectual disabilities. Your task is to strengthen the individual's ability to live as independent a life as possible.
Common tasks include supporting daily activities, leisure activities, social contacts, personal hygiene, and medication. You can work in group or service housing, short-term accommodation, and short-term stays for children and young people, day activities, supported housing, or in personal assistance.
Working hours vary depending on the activity and can be scheduled during the day, evening, weekend, on-call night, and awake night.

We are looking for you who:
- Are at least 18 years old.
- Preferably have previous care experience or relevant education, but this is not a requirement.
- Are positive, receptive, curious, and have a genuine interest in people.
- Have a strong work ethic and can work both independently and in a team.
- Preferably have a B-class driver's license as it is needed in some of our activities.
- Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. This is a requirement to communicate effectively, handle care documentation, and obtain medication delegation.
Other:
- Possibility of a summer bonus for working during awake nights based on certain criteria.
- As a pensioner, we offer you an extra 25% in salary during June, July, and August.
- In June, you, as a new substitute working your first summer in disability support services, will participate in an inspiring half-day workshop at the disability support services' learning center. This training opportunity is a mandatory part of your introduction, and we look forward to meeting you there.
