About the role
We are looking for you with an educational background as an assistant nurse, preferably with further education in psychiatry, social work, social pedagogy, treatment pedagogy, or treatment assistant. Merit points for background in psychiatric care or knowledge of different treatment forms. You will work day shifts, evening shifts, and weekends. You will work in a team, and the tasks involve supporting the client in psychiatric rehabilitation as well as in daily chores. On-call duties at home occur, and in these cases, you need to be able to arrive at Österlen HVB within approx. 30 minutes, meaning an excessively long commuting distance is not possible. You will also receive delegation to handle and distribute medication. Previous experience in this is a merit.
About the unit
Nytida Österlen is an HVB (home for care and housing). We welcome men and women over 21 years old with mental disabilities, also in combination with substance abuse. We work towards long-term goals with a focus on strengthening health.

Otherwise, you have good computer skills and good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing.

Employment level: 80%
Employment type: Permanent with a 6-month probation period.
Salary: We apply individual salary setting.
