About the Role

TeknikAkademin Norden AB is looking for a teacher in process technology with a focus on production technology.

The role involves educating future engineers in industrial production, with a focus on how processes, flows, and production systems work in practice.

You will contribute your industry experience and help students understand how production is planned, controlled, and improved to achieve stability, quality, and efficiency.

Your Responsibilities

• Teach process technology and production technology
• Explain how production flows and industrial processes work
• Teach operation, monitoring, and optimization of production
• Introduce troubleshooting and improvement work in production environments
• Connect teaching to real industrial cases and situations

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in production, process technology, or industrial manufacturing
• Has worked with operations, production, or technical processes
• Understands how production systems and flows work in practice
• Is accustomed to working with problem-solving and improvement work
• Has good pedagogical skills and can convey knowledge clearly
• Has good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
